Real estate, at its core, is about belonging — and that's what drives everything I do. Whether I'm helping a Nashville family find the neighborhood that fits their life, guiding an American buyer through a property purchase abroad, or welcoming an international client to Middle Tennessee, my goal is the same: help you find your place in the world.

I founded Portico International to bring those two worlds together under one roof — a Nashville-based brokerage with a genuinely global reach. I work with carefully vetted local partners in markets around the world so my clients are never navigating unfamiliar territory alone.

My credentials reflect how seriously I take that work. I hold more than a dozen real estate designations and certifications, including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). I'm a member of FIABCI, the international real estate federation, and serve on the FIABCI-USA Board of Directors. I regularly attend real estate conferences around the world, building the relationships that make cross-border transactions possible.

My path to Nashville wound through Alabama, Hawaii, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Cincinnati — with detours and visits to England, Japan, Fiji, Spain, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria Italy, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, Cuba, Portugal, Canada, and the UAE. I've lived the experience of landing somewhere new and figuring out where you fit. That's not just backstory — it's what makes me better at this job.

I run Portico International as a boutique firm by design. Every client gets a concierge-level experience: attentive, personal, and built around your specific situation. Real estate is complicated enough; my job is to make it feel manageable — and maybe even enjoyable.
